2.4  Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 7c7773 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Balances in dormant accounts will be preserved for a minimum of 24 months from the date the account was last active.

3.1  All financial transactions on 7c7773 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
